ADHD & CHRONIC ILLNESS

Know your limits and develop personilized coping mechanisms.

You can live a productive and joyful life with the right tools and mindset.

Dealing with something chronic means a big adjustment to your expectations and routines. Realizing you have ADHD may help you understand why you’ve had trouble doing things that seem so easy to other people. However, combining that knowledge with new skillsets, mindsets, and expectations can set you on a new path to finally moving towards your goals and dreams.

Like ADHD, chronic illnesses impact every aspect of your life and can lead to feelings of isolation, fear, and anger. You don’t have to live with those feelings! We will work together to find fresh and authentic ways to embrace (yes, I said embrace!) your situation and move more fully towards your life again. Additionally, we can create effective coping strategies and action plans for managing everyday life even when you are managing flares or pain.

Your circumstances don’t determine your outcome. Period.
